Does anyone know of Sugar Free Yogurt? Every yogurt I've seen in the store has atleast 14 grams of sugar for each cup of yogurt. I know the sugar is natural but I was just wondering if there is yogurt without any sugar at all in it. Thanks for any help.

Yes, Dannon makes a sugar-free yogurt. I think it's called Carb Control and is made with Splenda. I used to eat it when I was on a low-carb diet. It's actually pretty tasty, too.

Okay, that is my term for it, but try the soy version. They are a little bit more in price. And it take me a time or two to get used to, but they are really good. Okay, now I wish I had one at home to check sugar content...

I try to stay away from all "light" yogurts because of the artificial sweeteners.
I buy plain yogurt and add my own stuff - oat bran, honey or molasses, and seeds (I like sunflower). Or if I want fruit flavor, I add frozen blueberries and little bit of honey or sugar. Adding a mashed banana is also yummy, it sweetens the yogurt and you don't need additional sugar.

Yogurt is still made from dairy products so it is still a no no for this diet.
