Is the chicken organic? That can make a huge difference.

Can you tolerate any beans? I have read that rice and beans together are the most complete combination of protein compared to meat.

Here is a site with some combinations that make a complete protein. You'd have to pick around what you can tolerate but hopefully you can tolerate some of these and maybe it will help you:

Are you making sure it's the white meat you are eating from the turkey and chicken? I cannot tolerate the dark meat. And what exactly are you eating with it? It could be something else that you think is safe but is really not. Let us know.

Found some more:

The protein in quinoa is considered to be a complete protein due to the presence of all 8 essential amino acids. Some types of wheat come close to matching quinoa's protein content, but grains such as barley, corn, and rice generally have less than half the protein of quinoa. Quinoa is 12% to 18% protein and four ounces a day, about 1/2-cup, will provide a childs protein needs for one day. The 6-7% fat of quinoa is relatively high when compared to other grains, but it boasts a low sodium content and also provides valuable starch and fiber. Quinoa also contains albumen, a protein that is found in egg whites, blood serum, and many plant and animal tissues. The seeds are gluten-free which makes this a nutritious and flavorful alternative grain for those with gluten sensitivity. Quinoa would be a worthy addition to anyone's diet, supplying variety as well as good nutrition. The seed is also excellent feed for birds and poultry and the plant itself is good forage for cattle.

And some other combos:

--corn tacos with beans
--whole wheat burrito with beans corn and rice.
--whole wheat bread with peanut butter, or other nut butter
--oatmeal with almonds or other nuts and/or seeds
--brown rice with tofu, beans, and/or almonds or cashews
--whole wheat pasta with beans or nuts/seeds
--hummus on a whole wheat pita, or whole grain bread
--lentil soup with a whole grain bread or muffin (or throw some rice in the soup too)
--make some oatmeal cookies and throw in any kind of nut
--make peanut butter cookies and throw in oatmeal

You can try to find combinations of these you tolerate. I really really like quinoa and I think most everyone can tolerate it. I hope you find some foods that don't make you hurt, but there are definitely ways to get around meat.

Hi and thank you all my problem is my is I cant eat almost any thing.
I can eat potato , free gluten bread (home made), free gluten spaghetti and some time tomato but its make me sick , I eat just white meat and as I said it make me sick, when I cook them I aid some salt and cumin do cumin make me sick I don't think so ,the chicken is not organic . I eat them whit potato because I cant eat rice (when I eat rice the minute it touch me mouth I feel tingle and dry) and I tried brown rice but I it didn't work for me.
Tow days ago I eat corn with some salt and I had a painful pain that make me go to the clinic to see my doctor and he always said to me I cant help you I really don't know what to do whit you ( I have gluten intolerance , lactose and fructose intolerance + IBS) .
So he is right he cant help me and I really upset to, because I'm in pain and I cant eat what other with IBS can eat

Read your note and thought you might like this information.
Some butchers are putting sulpher dioxide on raw meat products (spraying it on meat) it makes it look fresher and juicy. It is found in wine amonst other products, it is a tastless preservative. Maybe it is something you might like to consider.
Where I live it is illegal.
Noting where you live you are all in our thoughts during the current crisis.
Good luck
