Hi All, Say does pasturized crab meat from a can have to be
cooked? I saw a nice recipe for shrimp salad that I was
thinking about replacing the shrimp with the crabmeat I have
in my fridge. -Bob

I wouldn't think so, if it's already cooked - like tuna from a can is.

Mmm...crab. Me love crab.

Atomic Rose is correct. Okay to use straight from the can.

Hi Casey, That's just it, it doesn't specifically say that it
is cooked, just says pasturized. Maybe I'll just bring it to
the August get together and let Snorkie try it first<laugh>.
