Hi! I'm new to all of this and have a question about regular non-herbal tea. I understand that "regular" tea is a no-no but is green tea, red tea, etc. included in that? I've noticed some recipes that include green tea and just wanted to clarify what's really OK or not.
TIA

To drink on a regular basis green tea is a no. By red tea I'm assuming you mean rooibos? If it's rooibos, it is fine to drink.

Hi,

Redbush tea, otherwise known as Rooibosch tea, is great for the digestion, and is also full of antioxidants. If you do a search on Google you'll find lots more info about this wonderful South African herb.

I drink it daily and find it very soothing. I also like it with soya milk.
