HSO (Primal Defense) Probiotics

I have taken the first dose of these HSOs (Primal Defense), which are very high quality and good probiotics. I think it's begining to work, because on the label it said that these probiotics actually detoxicate you and I felt cramping and nausea all night (this was abnormal for me). The thing is, my bloating has gone down, just with one pill (one dose)! Taking these might hurt for the first few doses, but afterwards your body gets used to it (supposedly). At least it seems to be working!
