What kind of vitamin pills is everyone taking? I have ibs-c, so I would assume that any supplements high in iron wouldn't be too helpful. I would like something safe that will not aggravate my symptoms. Any brand names?
Also - is benefiber with calcium safe???

I take Alive! and you can get it w/o iron. Kind of pricy but it makes me feel much better than any other vitamin I've taken.

It has so much good stuff. You can check it out at vitaminshoppe.com. I'm pretty sure that's the correct address. It has all the basic vitamins plus a green food blend, amino acids, veggie blends, fruit blends, mushroom blend, digestive enzyme blend, omega fatty acid blend, and a citrus bioflavonoid complex. Check them all out and make sure their okay for your tummy. I know some people have trouble with multivitamins.
