Why do you think that flaxseed could make some people worse? I take two tsp. of it mix with water and 5 prunes in the morning and it helps me with C, but not with the pain. Any ideas???

I think, because flaxseed is so high in fat. Foods that are high in fat can cause pain for some people, or an attack. But I know, they're good for C.

Thank you for the info....Flaxseeds helps me a lot with my C and I need that help sooo much. I also take some flax seed oil daily, it helps to add some fat to my daily diet, I don't eat enough of as it is and I'm underweight. Are you IBS-C ?

Thank you,
Abi

Yes I have IBS-C, and I also have a tendancy to become underweight. I find that a little hard to control because some days I eat very little to control the pain/bloating. Anyways, I take flax seeds every now and then, but not often. They seem to help my C. Well, good luck to you!

Well, I read everyones posts and not one said anything of real value. Having C is the worst for all of us. There isn't just one thing to make it better. I have tried just about everything. I'm now trying this supplement called Baeebe which someone reccomended from this site. It is chinese herbs. I took one last nite 30 mins. after dinner. Well today I went and boy did it clear up the C. It was unbelievable!! There is a website site calle, time for me.

I'm still interested in that Baebbe product. Do you know if it's okay for long term use?
