Not for that long but I definitely have those spasms. Not really painful but very annoying!!! I don't know if they are muscle contractions or actual spasms but I would't worry unless they hurt.

I have had those too, they are very strange but I try not to worry about them.

I have also experienced that. I always say to my husband,
"there's an alien in my stomach!!"
I think its just the gases that us ibs sufferers get.We get more then other people.But I wouldnt worry about it, I have been getting that for a long long time.
