and actually like the flavor of it. My fiance prefers the "normal bacon" over the turkey bacon but since I can't fry or bake regular bacon without getting nauseous we eat the turkey bacon. Course it might have something more to do with the fact that I am the one doing the cooking.

The dog seems to prefer the turkey bacon/sausage to the pork. Course that could be because I share and my fiance doesn't share with her.

I find that it repeats on me, the flavouring I mean, especially smoked bacon. Like the way bacon flavour crisps/chips normally do- I love it at the time and it doesn't affect my IBS but I can taste it for hours after. No issues at all with turkey or chicken sausage though

It's not bacon, but I used it a lot. I didn't try to compare it to bacon, I just thought of it as a different meat. It isn't bad and once you get used to it it's okay. I only used the turkey or chicken hamburger for years. Red meat isn't my best friend.

Where do you get your turkey/chicken sausages from? I can never find them apart from bernard mathews ones which contain milk!
