I'm in the same boat; I just dropped all alcohol and soda pop to let my stomach really calm down. I was thinking something like Crystal Lite might be a good choice; my daughter is into that and they have some great flavors. I'm going to the store today to pick some up; water is good but I get bored with it, and herbal teas only have so many flavors. Have a great day; hope this helps...

You might not want to try Crystal Light. It has artificial sweeteners...an IBS trigger. It's like drinking diet pop. If you can handle sugar you can try koolaid. Or gatorade.

If artificial sweetners are a trigger for you, steer clear of Crystal Lite!

I get tired of water sometimes too, so I make some Kool-Aid for a change.

Jo,
I drink flat 7up a lot and love it ****UK/EUROPE only, other countries' 7up has HFCS which HURTS - I just leave it in the fridge a while or leave it open, or shake it and let it calm down, it actually calms my tummy.

I also drink Tesco Hijuice squash, the apple and blackcurrant flavours (so does Nat)

I can tolerate apple juice too, but not on an empty tum

Just avoid diet drinks and let the fizzy ones go flat

Stevia has drops that you can put in your water to flavor it a bit. Perhaps that is worth a shot!

I drink cranberry, white or red, or with strawberry in it and I'm good with that. I also like the Blue Diamond Almond chocolate milk that was recommended in another post, even just a glass of vanilla soy Silk. There's lots to drink out there. Trial and error sometimes though.
