Anyway, after 5days of strickly SFiber & pepermint tea & H2O I'm getting weak & feel like I really need some nutrition. Any ideas?????????

Are you taking any supplements? A B12 complex hepls energy levels. Try a small amount of protein if you can manage it too to help your strength. Re-introduce foods as you feel fit to. It may take some time to get back on track, I had a three month long bad stretch this year. Good luck and happy tummy thoughts to you!

For protein, I add in some baked chicken breast, just lightly seasoned, tuna, peanut butter or soy products / tofu. Without some type of protein in your diet, you get weak after a while. My dr. pointed that out to me - if your fuel tank is empty, you haven't any power! Good luck!

You might try the
Soft and Mechanical Soft Diet
for a bit and start gradually eating other foods.
