I use Cain's fat free mayonnaise which does not taste great, so so.
I wanted to know what mayonnaise you use which can be tolerated and if it's better than Cain's is.
Thanks.

That has fat in it.
I did a little experiment and noticed even when using Hellmans light mayonnaise, 4 grams of fat, I felt worse.
I think the amount of fat does not matter, because Mayonnaise is 100% fat all the way ANY kind with any variety of fat will do damage.

I just use this "Miracle Whip" stuff, but I don't think it tastes that great. Sorry that I can't be any help...

"Miracle Whip" is a fake fat-free mayonnaise and it does contain dairy, but it's less then 2%. (I don't even bother with mayonnaise anymore!)

I'm still trying to find a good tasting mayonnaise, Cain's Fat Free is what I have and it is nothing to praise.

I use Nayonaise, (soy based) and it's not bad at all. Dairy is definitely not my friend, so I stay away from it all.

I am surprised you find that safe since it has almost 100% fat.

Didn't like the taste of Nayonaise...I find Smart Balance Omega plus is really good...made with Plant Sterols (no dairy) and has Omega 3's from Flax. I don't miss Hellman's or Miracle Whip...Smart Balance tastes better than both combined!

1) For somebody with C, which mayonnaise do you recommend?
a. Hellman's Light
b. Hellman's Reduced Fat
c. Smart Balance
d. Miracle Whip Light
e. Veganese

2.
What quantity should be used when
a. making a sandwich?
b. tuna saled?
-Is a tablespoon or knife enough, too much, or can you get away with one big spoonful?

I want to have a mayo that isn't awful to taste but doesn't make me frustrated in two mins.
Thanks.

I think the Smart Balance is pretty tasty. I'm D so can't speak for C, but I don't have any problems with it.

I would like to get a consensous, it seems as though, yes, it is ok to have mayonnaise that is not terrible, that has some flavor?

Which brand and how much do you put on a sandwich?
Yesterday I had the Smart Balance Light Mayonnaise, I out on a knife full, I felt some mild irritation.
I don't understand, it was not too bad however I thought cushioning the mayonnaise with bread and turkey would make it hidden and not anything problematic.
