I wanted to know what mayonnaise you use which can be tolerated and if it's better than Cain's is. I did a little experiment and noticed even when using Hellmans light mayonnaise, 4 grams of fat, I felt worse. Which brand and how much do you put on a sandwich? Yesterday I had the Smart Balance Light Mayonnaise, I out on a knife full, I felt some mild irritation.
