Can anyone tell me if this is normal and will disappear? How much have you been having? Did you follow Heather's advice with starting out with small amounts? PS - I notice your name, are you from Yorkshire, UK? I'm in Wales and have been thinking about ordering Heather's Acacia Tummy supplement as well. Have you found a SF supplement apart from Psyllium in the UK? Would be interested to know if the stomach cramps get better on the Acacia as time goes on. I have tried Psyllium husks before and had the same experience with them. My case is strange, don't have constipation AND diarrhea and before the stomach pains, nausea and upset stomach. I ordered the Acacia of here and it arrived within a week, pretty good I think. I'm not suffering from cramps from it but am quite bloated and full (although this is my usual and only symptom anyway). Hopefully as time goes on it will start to have an effect, I've only been using it for 4 days.
