Unfortunatly tortilla chips give me pain and bloating, I assume cause they're fried. I don't like baked tortilla chips though. Any good substitutions I can buy(no baking!) for dipping salsa? I've tried those chips...I think they're Tierra chips? They seemed ok on my stomach at the time, they're low fat right?

Trader Joe's has a great dipping chip called Pita Chips. They are baked Pita bread pieces and they are wonderful for dips. You can also get the Pita Chips variety with cinnamon and sugar on them for a sweet treat.

Thanks! Trader Joe's is a bit far from me, I'll check the regular grocery store first since they have a health foods section, if not I'll go there and get some

I have been eating WOW tostitos (1g of fat per serving) and they're really good, though I have heard lately that Olestra (the oil in WOW products) can cause GI problems. Is this true?
