dizziness?

does anyone else here get dizzy? the past couple of days I've been getting dizzy and I don#t know why.... do you think it could be that I;m not eating enough?

If you don't think you're eating enough, it could definitely contibute to your dizziness. When I don't eat enough or at all for, like, half a day, I can get disoriented and dizzy. I just eat something when this happens. Hope this helps!

Yes! I get that often. Most of the time it happens when my stomach hurts, but sometimes I get it out of the blue. I can't connect it to anything--not being hungry or tired or even low blood pressure (I do have unusually low blood pressure, but not low enough to cause concern--usually about 100/70ish). So, yes, I do get that, but I have no idea why or how to make it stop. Unless...I don't eat hardly any salt in my diet. That's not on purpose; I simply have never liked salt that much. Maybe that's a factor?

I get dizzy too - have always put it down to my extremely low blood pressure (92/60), but perhaps there's some IBS in there too.
(True story: I got married 2 weeks ago, and almost fainted at my wedding. Everyone thought it was "so romantic".)

I get dizzy when I haven't drank enough water. I also have allergies and when something triggers them, them I get fluid in my ears and that can make me dizzy.
