Does anyone have a good substitute for dairy? I've eliminated dairy from my diet but I'm concerned that I'm not getting enough calcium. Also, I'm rather sensitive to any form of supplements(pills/capsules) as well. Thanks for any help!

Rice Dream, and Almond Breeze milks have about 20% DRI of calcium per serving. Also if you're not C, you can probably take a calcium supplement without problems.

I've tried Rice Dream but that's been just as bad as Soy Milk for me. Do you know if there any solid foods with a lot calcium?
