Are you both doing with incorportating gluten back into your diet? Any advancements? Change of mind?
Hawkaye, did your doctor say it was fine to eat gluten even though you have antibodies? What were your numbers?
I'm strict GF at this time.

hmm.. i swear I replied to this earlier today. I don't know why it didn't show up. No, I have not had any more gluten. But considering the attack I'm having today, while being 100% GF, I'm thinking gluten isn't my problem.

Sorry your not doing well. I'm right there with you, unfortunately.
Why don't we feel better on a GF diet if we had antibodies? I know we have IBS too....but disappointed the GF diet didn't reduce the pain and bloating, etc.
What's you latest plan? I just can't make myself eat gluten...I'm so afraid of it. The "just in case, better safe than sorry" theory. But my doc wants me to eat it.

I think once I get over this thing i'm dealing with now, I'm going to eat some wheat again. I'm at the point now where i'm tired of worrying and worrying and being so careful about what i eat only to feel like crap anyway! It's not worth it. If I'm gonna feel bad, I'm gonna feel bad and not worry about what I'm eating (as much).

I'm actually at the same point, though I do eat gluten just no wheat. I'm going to try to start eating wheat again in little bites here and there to start. I certainly am not any better than before I stopped eating it. The doctor told me that according to the blood tests, I absolutely can eat gluten. But he said that its possible to have a sensitivity to wheat (vs. intolerance) and that is something that cannot be accurately tested for and only found out through trial and error. Augie, You have to decide for yourself though! Someitmes I feel you're waiting for me to try it as if that will tell you something about what your experience will be. As you know from these boards we all have such different reactions to different things. Good luck with it... Dan
