WOOHOO Marley!! *Highfive* And if you're ever interested, yoga is supposed to be good for IBS also, which can be beneficial for you in other ways. Actually, being active in general is good for IBS. Walking stimulates the bowel, which is probably why a lot of us find ourselves walking somewhere and needing a bathroom quick!

When you go to the "diet" board there are a lot of sticky posts listed before the individual posts that have a ton of food ideas to help you get started also. Welcome and glad you are jumping right into the diet! It works!!!
I agree Franny, and I'm not even on the "complete" diet, but the parts of the diet that I have been following per my resources, money, etc., do work very well, especially if I recognize what I can and can't tolerate while still keeping the diet in mind.
