Was always the diarrhea itself. My D attacks always left me feeling like someone beat my abdomen with a baseball bat. Thank goodness I'm not dealing with that anymore! I have a little bloating and occasional C now, but I'll take that over D any day!

BLOAT, sometimes painful, all the time uncomfortable. Makes me want to crawl right out of my skin!

I'd have to say nasea. Sometimes it take me hours to be able to lie down at night, usually after I've eaten the wrong thing, just to fall asleep. If I sit up, I'm fine, but once I lie down it comes right back in a matter of seconds. It would be followed by bloating. I wish I could just stick a pin me & let it out!!! Then there's the stinkin' fatiuge....I could go on.....

Yeah, I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to be like this. I find it very upsetting. My prom is coming up in a couple of weeks, and I have no idea what to do. The bloating is getting so bad, I don't think I'll be able to fit in my prom dress.
I'm actually getting very upset about it at the moment, I think, because I'm expecting my period very soon, so I guess anything can make me upset. I'm supposed to be careful with my diet now, but I have a horrible attitude which makes it even more difficult.

Have you tried fasting for a few days to see if the bloat goes away? The only time I'm truly bloat-free anymore is if I'm fasting. I will have to fast before my wedding because I *will not* be bloated on my big day. You might try it before your prom... after about 2.5 days of drinking only clear liquids and "eating" chicken broth, my bloat and pain go away.

That actually does help for me a lot. But thats something that I can't really do everytime I want to be flat, which is always.
