Is it possible to get low-fat Flax Seed capsules that could be used daily? I looked it up here in the forum, but a lot of people said that they are very high in fat. I know this may seem like a dumb question, but I'm curious.

Oil is fat, so no I don't believe there's a way to make low fat ones. Kat

Flax has the good fat your body needs - Omega 3.

Tierney. I take Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed. The golden tastes better than the regular. It works. No saturated or trans fat, just good omega 3 fats. Try a small bag, it's not terribly expensive. Bette
