He asked if I could have things like smoked salmon, smoked chicken, etc. Does anyone know if these are allowed on the IBS safe diet list?? I've found smoked salmon on a bagel to be very safe for me. I would think that smoked white-meat chicken or turkey would also be safe. My thanksgiving dinner this past year was smoked turkey breast - yum!
