IBS and Yogurt?

This may be a really dumb question, but I haven't eaten any dairy since being diagnosed with IBS (4 years ago). Does anyone eat yogurt (specifically Activia) and if so do you have any problems?

Thanks cailin. I tried searching on that, but it's hard to pinpoint info sometimes. That's exactly the info that I was looking for.

no problem, I saw it the other day so knew where to look.

BTW I am terrified of dairy, i sometimes allow myself a little real milk in tea or some icecream after dinner and it always makes me feel more yuck. Pity, as I lived on yogurts, I do have nice soy ones that I like now which is a good sub though..mmme Alpro Soy yogurts...
