Just wondering what these actually are? I see everyone raving about them, but never heard about them. I did a search but they're referred too so often I can't find a description of what they are!

They're like nutrition bars. But they're good for us IBS-er's. They're made with soy. MANY flavors, like Chocolate Mint, or lemon. You might want to go to they're website. Very good & filling. Great for on the go. You can find them at Target & other stores.

They're like a power bar that have no dairy or other ingredients that would be harmful to IBS, except that some people seem to have a problem with inulin. I love them, got the chocolate peppermint stick ones the other day, mmmmm!

It's worth it to try one, and then order them bulk (cheaper) if you like them and find they're ok on the stomach. Check out their website to see all the flavours and nutritional info www.lunabar.com

Enjoy,
Kat

Hmmmmmm.
I tried them, and stopped.
It gave me problems.
I felt bloated; I wonder if it was the soy?
I seem to the be the only one who has had a bad reaction.

BTW, it says it may have trace amounts of dairy.

Natalie-

You CAN order them online though see this link

They only have Sweet Dreams;Cherry Covered Chocolate and S'mores though, but IMO Smores is the best of all.
