I was just reading the V8 website and found that V8 V-Fusion is a blend of fruit juices and veggie juices with no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

anyone tried it or think it would be safe to add a little to fruits to make a smoothie?

Amber

Thanks!

Yes! V-8 Fusion is wonderful ... and like anything else, moderation is the key. I used it with my fiber in the morning and as a snack in the afternoon. All the flavors are wonderful and have caused me no problem at all. Of course, the calories should be considered as they can add up quickly.

V-8 VFusion ... a GREAT find!

I saw it in the grocery store and thought it sounded good (pomegranate), so I bought it. It did not cause me any problems with my IBS, but I can't stand the taste! Oh well
