Fiber doesnt work for me and i'm getting tired of bleeding everytime I go to the bathroom. any advice? I am an IBS A - mostly C though. I HAVE to use Milk of Magnesia everyday to have nice soft BMs. I can't handle SF Supps or other high fiber anything like fruits or whole grains. Cooked veggies I am ok with.
