Are cornflakes ok? I've been ill for the past 6 days with flu, never again will I say I've got flu when I've got a cold virus, infact I will have to contain the urge not to punch people who claim flu when its just a cold lol. Anyway self indulgence now over with and back to the point, yes there was one! I've suffered really badly with nausea even drinking water at times has proved challenging and normally I always have oatmeal for breakfast but at the moment cant face it, but I've got a real craving for cornflakes so are they safe? I didnt know as obviously they contain maize which is corn, please someone cheer me up
They're fine! In the US they miht have HFCS in them but that's not a big issue over here. And the grain is so mashed up to make the flakes that the IF is minimised.
