I have done every exercise I can think of and probably a few more. I have passed some gas, but I am having this pain in my upper chest. Not a serious pain,just a nagging pain letting me know it is still there. I don'tknow what else to do. any ideas? Also, simethecone, as well. I get generic. It contains no sorbitol. I believe "Phazyme" is sorbitol-free as well. Fennel & Peppermint teas are amazing for expelling the trapped gas. Kate, IBS-D.
