How do you know if you are addicted to laxatives? How much is too much? I take them too. Probably twice to three times a month. Is this too much? How much were you taking to be addicted?

...allowed you to get off Miralax? Do you take two of the chewable ones a day?
I tried one caplet a day and it didn't help at all.

Did you get over this episode? What are you doing to get your system going again?
Have you thought about asking your doctor about Miralax at all? Or increasing your SFS maybe?
I'm so sorry we both suffer from this hiddeous C and other lovely symptoms.
