The Crohn's book goes extensively into diet, and yes, some things are the same as with IBS triggers, such as avoiding high fats, and having a low fat diet. But the whole vitamin/mineral absorption issue with Crohn's makes the diet more specific I think. Kris -------------------- Be the change you want to see in the world.
