I eat them in my oatmeal and it's ok, or if I eat a raisen bagel it's fine, but if I eat any more then that in a day I'll have tummy probs. I always buy the single boxes of them rather then a big container, I've gotten attacks accidently from eating too many out of the container so the boxes help me to keep the portions of them smaller.
