Are the new 100 calories snacks ok for IBS-D?

they vary. some are a little high fat for ibs - 30 calories from fat, for 100 calories. some have triggers. you need to read the ingredients to check.

They are little snack packs of Nabisco products in the US. Each pack contains 100 calories of whatever. "Whatever" being mini honey graham crackers, pecan sandies, Oreo bits, Chips Ahoy, even Pringles crisps, among others.

I even saw those mini coca cola cans say 100 calories now! What companies will do to get people to eat/drink thier product!

I tolerate the honey grahams and the plain Pringles very well. I think I did okay with the Oreos and Chips Ahoys, too, but it's been awhile.
