Has anyone been able to find fennel tea at the supermarket. If so which ones - I live on the east coast if that helps.
I just discovered this site and I am so relieved. I have ibs and nothing has helped my problems with constipation and bloating. I saw the gastro doctor and was on zelnorm and that didn't even help. I'm having an especially bad time right now, with bloating and I have to find some fennel tea. From what I've been reading it might really help me.

Hi and welcome,
You can buy Heather's Fennel tea right here on this website. Simply click on the Shop for IBS website. There is also a list there (scroll down) of retailers that carry it.
Most health food stores stock Fennel Tea or else can order it in if you ask.

I ordered it. In the mean time I was able to find peppermint tea at the grocery store. I'm going to try a heating pad tonight

I like the heating pad. Peppermint, cammomile and ginger are all great herbal teas for IBS along with the fennel and it's nice to have a variety. Best of luck!

If you have any stores that sell bulk spices (health food places, Indian grocery stores, spice stores, etc.), just buy bulk fennel seed there. Stick some in a tea ball/tea strainer and there you have some fennel tea ready for steeping!
I buy my fennel at The Spice House, along with dry and candied ginger.
