Hi Guys,
I know cheerios have been around for like 60 yrs in the US but they are new here in Australia.

I'm just wondering if they are safe or not. I believe the US varieties are 100% oat but ours are a four way mix of oats, corn, rice and wheat.

I'm fine with any corn, rice or oat cereals but usually avoid whole wheat ones. A small amount of whole wheat with other SF things is usually OK for me.

Also on the box it says wholemeal corn so that has me a bit worried. I don't really even know what they mean by wholemeal corn. I have always eaten corn flakes so what kind of corn is that then?

Sorry if these sound like stupid questions!!! I kind of feel like a new cereal as I'm a bit sick of corn flakes so am hoping these would be OK.

Any ideas?
Kerrie

Maybe try just a little at a time and see how your system reacts to it. Then if all goes well, add a bit more. (Just an idea...) Good luck!
