Never even heard of it. I assume it's guidelines by bloodtype? What sort of things does it entail?
Heck, I'm not even sure what my blood type IS.

I tried it a long time ago. I have AB+ blood type and always looking for a way to lose a couple of pounds. I didn't like the diet and didn't lose any weight. A big waste of time for me!!

Unfortunately, I haven't seen Trapley on the boards in a while, so don't know if she stayed on the diet or how she did on it.
I would love to hear from anyone else who has tried it, though.
