ok guys, still learning here. I had dinner about 3 hours ago, I had SF and IF,now I'm thinking I'd like a snack, with a cup of decaf tea.
sound ok? I know that would mean I'm not eating sf,which I should always have first.
am I making sense?

Well, that all depends on the snack. It could be a SF. What are you planning to eat? If it's a stalk of broccoli, I'd say you should pass on it. But if it's a rice cake, I'd say you're good to go.

Hi Betty, Um, you forgot to say what you're going to eat, you just
only mentioned what you're going to drink, the tea.You
should try Heather's cinnamon Zuc bread, it's an easy
recipe, and it tastes really good too. It really makes a
good after dinner snack. -Bob

Do you mean a herbal tea, or regular decaf? If it's regualr decaf, I think it's a no no.

Can anyone with more experience elaborate please?

Some people are ok with it; others aren't. In general it's safer than caffeinated regular tea, but for some the tannins/tanic acid in the tea itself can be a problem. In general, the weaker you brew it, the easier it is on the stomach. HTH.

As white flour is a good source of SF. So safe cookies should be fine on an empty tum.

And I'm fine with decaf regular btw everyone.
