Eh .. everything kind of went out of whack for me. I lost my father in November, so my stability with IBS kind of flew out the window. I probably won't be back to normal for a while due to all of the emotional stress. But, I'm still no where near as bad as I was in the beginning, so I am thankful for that. My bloating is ok ... i make it through the day with little to no bloating .. but for some reason, I always end up bloating up after about 6 or 7 pm.

You know, I found that part of what kept me stable was keeping a variety of foods in my diet. I think your body kind of gets used to a certain food when we stick with it for a while (blueberries ), so when we introduce something else into the mix, it makes the body feel like "oh hey, this is new. I like it" haha. And hey, although yes Peas are Insoluble Fiber, they are NOT a trigger. I actually handle them quite well .. you might think about trying them. Mix them up in mashed potatoes or pasta. And what about rice milk for a smoothie .. would that work for you?

I am IBS-D and sometimes they don't effect me and other times I have attacks.
