Sure hope EVERYBODY read this article!!!
If memory serves me right, it says that Crohns is MOST OFTEN (possibly always....read it the other day and just don't remember exactly) caused by MILK!!!!!!! and they think it is the most likely the problem for IBS sufferers. Says........that the BACTERIA is not killed off by the current temp. used in processing milk.
Also, that MILK has to be heated to a higher temp. to kill off the bacteria causing these 2 problems. VERY INTERESTING STUDY they have done!!!!
A MUST READ!!!!!!
If anyone knows how to post this to the Crohns' board, I would sure appreciate it!!! Don't know if Tim posted it there or not.

Wow! Who would have thought of milk????? That's almost scary...how come more people don't have it? Maybe a lot of them do, but they just think they're lactose intolerant? It's all so confusing!!!! lol Well I hope they do a lot more research on this!
