How many of you can tolerate Rold Gold Pretzels?? I have some there in the cupboard, and I'm really craving them. The ingredients say wheat and corn ..something. Corn starch or corn syrup, I'm not sure. I know there are variations of this product. I have 'Classic.' Anyways ..any input would be excellent. Thanks.

Hi Alli, I'm pretty sure they're safe. I usually alternate
between them and baked Lays potato chips, but I can't eat as
much as Laurel. -Bob

Thanks Bob! I assumed that they were safe. I was always cautious about wheat, but I am starting to believe I can tolerate wheat perfectly, which is awesome!! I actually eat wheat pitabread now. Cool eh? Yes, baked lays chips and pretzels seem safe, but sometimes I find it hard to stop eating them. Addictive. Ahh.

Yes Alli, that is cool, and yes, they are addictive. Also,
it is very good that you're not afraid to try new things,
that is a key to beating IBS.-Bob

Hey Alli,
I eat Rold Gold Honey Wheat Pretzels almost everyday!! I love 'em. I've been a pretzel-o-holic since the age of 2!
I have no problem with them, sometimes they even seem to help me with my nasea.

I'm a little confused. Do you mean wheat flour is a problem if you're gluten intolerant? 'Cause I know you know it's fine on Heather's diet.

I find that when I eat rold gold pretzels before and after trigger foods, they dont seem to bother me as much. Plus it's a really yummy snack, and if you can tolerate small amounts of ranch for dipping they are even better...
