Hey
I was wondering if Benefibre can cause severe bloating and gas like Metamucil can?
Thanks for the help

Benefiber works great for me. I've never had gas or bloating from it. In fact, it is the SFS that helped put me on the road to stability.

I tried Benefibre but it didn't help or hurt. Tasted like sand.

I tried it once & had sevre gas & bloating, never tried it again. It may have decreased with time, but I couldn't handle it.

Thanks. I definately know I have to stay away from Benefibre now since it's hard on the tummy. I tried Metamucil b4 and it gave me such horrible bloating and gas it was crazy. I didn't know back then that it's really hard to digest. My stomach probs are really bad. So I'll just have to stick to Acacia.

have a good day.

I hope this is the proper area. Diagnosed with spinal cord damage causeing peripheral pain I use morphine for limited results. The stuff causes a paralysis of my intestines. My Doctor thinks my stomach pain is IBS. I would appreciate some help.
