Hi~ I can eat banana's, apple sauce, peaches, a few grapes, 1-2 slices of an orange, and a few slices of apples. Oh yeah, I can also eat watermelon in small amounts. Hope this helps.

some of these fruits?

In the beginning while you are trying to get stable...try cooking your fruit! Once you're stable try eating fruits raw. Also...eating frutis AFTER eating SF or taking a SFS helps too

Also try baby food. It's easily digestible. Don't be put off by the fact that you're eating baby food; you need fruit!

Before I got stable, I used to make fruit smoothies in the blender, using soy "ice cream" (I hate soy yogurt), honey, fruit of choice, and of course a banana. In my case, I've always loved blueberries, so that's what I chose, even though they always give me "D". (And I certainly don't need any MORE "D" than I already have!) Strawberries or peaches are good choices as well.

Give it a try.

BTW, I'd stay clear of apples unless you peel 'em!

I can eat bananas like they're goin' outta style! I can also safely eat peeled apples, although only maybe half an apple at a time. I also have had luck with mangoes, peeled pears, peeled peaches, and a few grapes or strawberry or two at a time. I tend to have problems with melons. Try cooking blueberries in your oatmeal (in the microwave). That always works well for me, too!
