Hey, I have to quit Stevia due to $ reasons. Want to up my SFS to accomodate that loss of fiber. How many grams of acacia should I add?
Thx.

Stevia is the only "supplement" I use...I can usually find it on sale though in the health food section of my local grocery store.
I don't have an answer for you but I would recommend you keeping some on hand for emergencies. Stevia is a God-send for me.

I use pure ground stevia as a sugar substitute, I'm not sure what it has to do with fiber... though I know some varieties of it come in packets mixed with fiber to make it bulk up...

I think we're missing a few numbers here:
* How much stevia do you have each day?
* What does your package say is the serving size and grams of fiber per serving?
This info should help us figure out how much fiber you're getting from the stevia and thus how much more SFS you'll have to take.
