has great new flavors (or at least new to me). Applesauce is snack in my house - it is the only fruit my 8 year old will eat.
Harvest harvest has a few great flavors without the sugar added.
Country berry
Granny smith (great if you like sour)
summer strawberry
peach melody
pineapple pleasures
Give the flavors a try and IBS safe.  Plus I have GERDS and have no problems with reflux.

For a while they also had a mango one that was really good, but the strawberry is my favorite by far. Deeeelicious!

These don't bother you?? They have Vitamin C in them and the really stir up my GERD. I have a hiatal hernia, though, so I don't know if that makes it worse or not. I know I will be throwing up in about 10 minutes after I eat it though!! I'm glad you can eat them, though. I love the pineapple pleasures!!!

I've tried that brand, but even organic applesauce causes reflux.

Vitamin C causes flare ups for you? Honestly I find a whole apple will cause more problems than applesauce. Plus I don't have a hiatal hernia. Maybe that makes a difference.
I haven't tried the cirtus applesauce yet, because citrus makes me nervous.

It must be my hiatal hernia. I cannot tolerate hardly any vitamin C and definitely no fruits right now. Not even apples....it sucks! I LOVE cinnamon applesauce!!!

I think the difference between you and me is I don't deal with reflux as much as upper stomach pain. I'm sorry you can't eat applesauce.

The cinnamon will get to me if I have too much. I take two priosec (sp?  ) everyday and it helps my GERDS. I coulnd't eat without the medication.

I usually just get the burning sensation and nausea. I love the little cups of applesauce because they seem to be just the perfect amount. Any more would be too much.
And Prilosec is a miracle drug in my book. Not sure what I did without it!
