Unfortunately, not really. The regular chicken version contains both MSG and whey. It's the MSG that really bothers me. I'm pleased to announce that I recently found sage flavored stuffing, and was soooo happy to see that there was absolutely no MSG in it!! Why they can't take it out of the original flavor I'll never know. It does still contain whey, but it's one of the last ingredients listed, so it's probably a very small amount. I'm planning on giving it a try. But be forewarned it does contain small amounts of that trigger.

In general, if stuffing doesn't have dairy, is it considered safe? Do you guys have problems with it or not? The only trouble spot I can think is MSG or sodium, but I don't recall Heather saying sodium is a trigger food. I know sometimes when I have stuffing I feel bloated or have skin irritation.

You have to check the ingredients. Does it have:
dairy MSG HFCS high fat content etc?
Sodium is not a trigger.

It has none of those besides maltodextrin, which isn't MSG.
