and some superzymes to help with my tummy. Well I took them both yesterday. The superzymes after I ate and the acidophilus before I ate and this morning. Well today I had a BM like I have never had before! It was (too much info coming!) super long and I felt completely emptied. I am usually little pebbles to medium size. I don't know if this is a fluke or these are really going to help me but I am excited. Sad I know, but I think most of you can relate!

Uh, yes. I have really long ones, too (i.e. arm length). "Snakes?" "Garden hoses?" I swear they look like a sausage coil. I regularily plug up the toilet--seriously.
Some of them are as long as my arm. I can't believe I produced them, too.

Heeeeee. I get up before my husband does every morning, and usually that involves a BM. After starting the BTC diet, one morning I had an especially glorious experience, it was my first "normal" BM in weeks. I couldn't wait to tell him about it.
I felt like SUCH a goober.

Ha Ha! I knew you guys could appreciate this!! I had another good movement today... so maybe I really needed this! As far a the brand name I will have to look at the bottle when I get home. I think it is Nature something. Right now I am taking the enzymes after I eat lunch and dinner and the other before I eat three times a day. I tried the lowest dosage to see if that works for me. So far so good!!!

Yes, definitely post the brand/names and doseage amounts for each of these! You take the acidolpholous 3 times day? And how many enzymes with each meal? Is it only acidolpholous or is a multi-strain probiotic?
And where did you purchase them from? I'm up for anything that anyone has found success with! 
Have you changed anything else? Increased your Acacia or are you still at 2 T? This is so cool you found something!

Ok Beth and Cyndy I am taking the brand Natural Visions. So far I am taking the 1 acidophlus before each meal and 1 superenzymes after each meal to help with digestion. Today's BM was ok not as great as the 1st two days so I guess we will see what happens

Thanks Angela. Could you tell me where you found these? Did you order them on line or find them in a specific store?
Is the acidophlus just acidopholus or is a probiotic multi-strain? Did you find them in the refridgerated section?

Angela...you were probably full-eau-poo-poo (I was trying to make it sound sexy, how did I do? ) which is why you had the impressive ones! You will find that they will even out or be relative to the amount of food you eat.

No problem Cyndy! Actually I bought them in a health food store in the town I work in. It's not a chain store or anything. Maybe look online to see if it is carried somewhere else? It has Lactobacilli Achidophilus and L. Bulgaricus. I didn't buy the multi strand one because my pocketbook couldn't take it!

...are you sure the name of the enzymes and the acidolpholous are by Natural Visions? I tried googling this name brand and found nothing.
Are both products by the same company?

You know what that is the name of the store where I bought them. She must have a company that formulates these for just her store, because on the bottle is says formulated for Natural Visions Store. Sorry!
