Pretty much the Exercise Support Group sure did peter out.
LOL - Maybe that's why I have been so tired lately...Shell has scooped up all my energy and ran away with it.

Yep... I took it all.... and did 30 MINUTES with it!!  I was pooped and feel it a little in my legs today..... but all in all.... I feel GREAT!!

I've gone only 6 times since my last post.... only because we had to go on that unexpected trip.... but I did 30 mins again last night. I think I'm gonna try to mix it up a bit now and try the tread mill or stair stepper.... I do feel so much better again.....
