I read such good things about it. I know AstroChick and Bamagrl (both C) love it!

I would think if you went back on Metamucil you would get more gas.

Oh, do you cook your apples, and other fruits? You never said. That would be so cool to just bite into a nice juicy pear or apple, peel and all!

Nope, Metamucil is the only SFS that works for me, it decreases my symptoms. Although not the C as much, but definitly allows me to eat a wider variety of foods without symptoms I know it's considered gas-causing, but honestly I think any of the SFS's have ability to cause symptoms, it's really all about just finding the right one(s) that work for you. Metamucil is the only one my tummy can handle! I eat my fruit raw, though sometimes I do microwave apples and put cinnimin on top, very yummy! Eating raw apples with the skin on does give me a little symptoms, but not enough for me to really care. If you wanted to try it, I would suggest first trying a peeled apple and see how it is, then next time eat a little skin, ect.

And I don't say my name or have my pic cause I'm too embarrised that some random person might recognize me! I actually met someone who does go to this board, but they don't know I do
