I drink it w/o problems but not sure what's in it. It may have sucrose in it?

I tried Propel and was not able to tolerate it. I might be wrong, but I think it contains Fructose, an ingrediant that I am unable to digest well.

I go to my grocery order and delivery website and see the ingredients for stuff. Here is grape propel:
Water, sucrose syrup, citric acid, natural grape flavor with other natural flavors, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), sucralose, niacinamide (Vitamin B3), calcium disodium EDTA (protects freshness), calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5), vitamin E acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), acesulfame potassium, Vitamin B12.

Well the thing is that I now know sucralose is splenda but I never knew that. My soy milk has it and now that I know I should get a new kind of soy milk. Propel had made me slightly queasy but mostly all right.

I haven't had a problem with Propel. I drank quite a bit of it in the summer.

...even for the UK stuff!

But I'd stay away from that stuff myself!

I just said sucrose was safe. You've still got to check the ingredients!
