Can anyone give me some advice about about eating out with IBS and wheat intolerance. I can do dinners no problems usually, thanks to asian restaurants, but I find breakfast and particularly lunch really difficult. Sometimes I think I'm going to turn into a nori roll I usually try to pack a lunch or have some oat bars in the bottom of my bag but this is not always possible. Can anyone help me???
