where do you find carob covered raisins? Do you have to eat a lot of them? And does the instant cider that comes in packets work?

AVOCADO makes me poop--before the end of the eating episode/seesion/meal or whatever, I'm having a poop. Years ago, I used to make this dip with avocado and peas, pureed with herbs, squeezed lemon....

MANGO makes me GOGOGOGO.

BROWN BANANAS, i.e. more or less black.

APRICOTS, fresh or dried.

BELGIAN ENDIVE. Actually, chicory in general.

Uh, potatoes.

Hmmm...it's kind of a reflex thing, but driving past KFC, using a McDonald's toilet, the smell of MOVIE THEATRE popcorn...

Sauerkraut and sauerkraut juice--I'm talking the real old fashioned stuff. My grandmother makes it and well, I'm not touching it.

BEETS. They really really really get the clean out done deliciously without taking the rug out from beneath your feet with D. Ditto for asparagus. Radishes.

Hmmm...I think that I'm blessed/cursed with a digestive system that just has a rhythm, a dance...but certain input does accelerate the self-cleansing/dumping dance.

You know, Beth, spinach whipped with peas is delicious.

Just brainstorming. I'm happy that trying some different things is working for you. Truly, you have perseverence and courage.

Kate.

I grew up eating seaweed almost daily, too, as I'm Asian and grew up eating mostly Asian foods.. I don't have a problem w/C..

Sorry that is so true. The smell of Tim Horton's does it for me. Everytime I have had an attack in the car on the way to somewhere I have ended up in a Timmy's bathroom or the aroma of the coffee is on the car because my bf stops for one when we travel. Ohh barf I will never eat there

...with the BMs even when they are peeled or baked? Or do they need to have skin on them?

I wonder what type of pear these are...they don't sound familiar.
I would love your grandmas desert recipe, if it's not a family secret recipe!

Needed a good BM, so ate my peas last night, and this morning....nothing! There goes that theory. I hate IBS!!!! I just want to eat and poop like a normal person. I don't even like peas. I was just eating them for the stupid BM and then I didn't even get one.

What a rip off!
