The acidophilus is "Lactobacillus acidophilus 0.5 Billion" whatever that means and the fish oil is a capsule and says "Omega 3 Fatty Acids". I was talking to my friend and she thinks it is probably the acidophilus which if I am not mistaken is a probiotic. I would start with that...I cannot tell you how wonderful my stomach feels.
